When registering for participation in 14 th Arab Steel Summit , participants should have agreed on the following conditions:
1. Registration is considered affirmed in case participant has already paid the fee incurred by him as per the forwarded invoice. The payment must be received within 02 weeks after registration, unless the registration will be considered unconfirmed.
2. Discount is effective on the early registration in case participant had paid the fee before 10th October 2019.
3. € 200,- will be retained as administrative expenses in case participant cancels his participation before the 10th October 2019 and if the cancelation will be after the 10th October and before 20 October 2019, AISU will retain 30% of the registration fees.
4. Cancellation after 20th October 2019, AISU has the right to keep all the paid fees.
5. In case participation is not possible for one or more participants, they are entitled to be replaced by one or more substitutes, provided that the Summit Secretariat shall be notified thereof in writing before 20 October 2019. After this date the Summit Secretariat will not accept any change in the registered names.

The registration fees cover:
- Participation in 14 th Arab Steel Summit sessions and Exhibition.
- One copy of the working papers
- Lunch & Dinner meals over the working days of 14 th Arab Steel Summit ( 13-14 November 2019)
- Soft drinks during the breaks
Note: transfer from the Airport is NOT included.
